Clear return rules for Luxe Femme products. Some products are returnable, while hygiene-sensitive or marked products are not returnable after purchase.

Returnable Products
Products marked as returnable can be returned or exchanged within 7 days if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Products
Products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned after purchase. Please check shade, size, variation, and quantity carefully before ordering.
30-Day Return Window
Returnable products can be requested for return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order. The product must pass inspection before refund or exchange approval.
Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- Original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be included.
- Customer must provide order ID, phone number, and reason for return.
- Return must be approved after inspection by our team.
Non-Returnable Items
Products shown as “This product is not returnable” on the product details page cannot be returned after purchase.
- Opened, used, or hygiene-sensitive cosmetics and skincare products
- Perfume, body mist, brush sets, and sealed beauty products after opening
- Customized, damaged, altered, or incomplete products
- Products without original packaging, tags, or order proof
How to Request a Return
- Contact support with your order ID and phone number.
- Tell us the return or exchange reason.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and instructions.
- Send the product back using the approved courier method.
- After inspection, we will process refund or exchange if approved.
Refunds, Exchanges & Delivery Charges
Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Processing time may vary depending on payment method.
Exchange is subject to product availability. If the replacement product costs more, the customer must pay the difference.
Delivery or return courier charges may apply unless the return is caused by our mistake, wrong item, or damaged delivery.
